Set for home preparation of ravioli by Kuchenprofi, consisting of a rolling pin
and a special mold. The aluminum mold has 12 cavities and a non-slip base. To
prepare the ravioli, roll out the dough twice as long as the pan. Then, place
the first half of the dough on the form, gently pushing it into the recesses, to
which we then put the stuffing and cover it with the rest of the dough. Now it
remains only to roll out the dough already laid on the form. Under the influence
of the strong pressure of the rolling pin, the dough is cut at the corrugated
edges. After turning the mold over, the prepared ravioli come away from it.
